30-days expert email and phone support are available free
of charge with any web package for a 30 day period from date of
purchase.

The duration of the Standard Support is 12 months,
from the date of purchase of the agreement. Standard
Support is available to you at the time of original package
purchase or anytime thereafter.

to you at the time of original package purchase or anytime thereafter.
