How does the Webcity design process work?
Choose a hosting plan. Select a design package. Complete the questionnaire. Choose a template. View your store!
Step 1 Choose a hosting package
The order process will require you to select a domain name and hosting package to start with. You can chose any valid domain and any pro hosting package.
Step 2 Select your design package
Webcity offers 2 design solutions - Instant webcommerce or Designer webcommerce. If you are not sure which package is best suited for your business, please check the comparison chart above.
Step 3 Complete the design questionnaire
Once your order has been processed you will receive a webcity welcoming email which will include a link to our web-based design questionnaire.
The web-based design questionnaire should only take 10-20 minutes to complete. By completing the questionnaire your designer will know which Webcity template you would like.
Step 4 Choose your template
Choose one of our exclusive pre-built templates and we will personalise your chosen template by adding your logo & content. To view our templates, please

Step 5 View and log in to your new store!
Once your designer has completed the installation and configuration of your store, you will be emailed your access details, and the documentation required to manage your CubeCart store.
Instant webcommerce orders are usually completed with 3 business days. Designer webcommerce orders will take an average of 5 business days.
